I don't think so. A pink colored shirt doesn't suit on all boys. I have seen a guy wearing pink shirt which make him look like stupid Indian.

It is a tendency of a human being that pink is made for girls only that is true but not in that manner that if boys wear it that don't look good. It depends upon individuals thinking and their taste.
